• Raphaël Dubois, President of the Association Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne, introcuces the press conference and then explains the exceptionnal concept of the Grands Jours en Caves. He also gives the date of the next Grands Jours de Bourgogne in their traditional format (last 8mn):

• François Labet, President of the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) gives an update on the economical sitution of the Bourgogne wines. He underlines that even after a year 2020 shaken up by Covid-19, we are benefiting from an overall healthy economic situation. 2021 involves many uncertainties but the suspension of 25% tariffs in the USA is a real breath of fresh air (last 15mn with questions from the audience):

•  Benoît de Charette, brand new President of the Cité des vins et des Climats de Bourgogne, announces the laying of the first stones on the 3 sites of Beaune, Mâcon and Chablis during the first half of 2021. Things are accelerating for an opening during the summer 2022!

• Denis Thomas, deputy President of the Côte-d’Or Departmental council, and Michel Neugnot, first deputy President of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Regional council, share the importance of Bourgogne wines for their territories (last 15mn with questions for the audience):
