CHATEAU DE BLIGNY’S WINE STUDIO celebrates 10 years  of custom winemaking in Bourgogne, kicking off its second decade with the 2025 vintage.

Just 4 kilometers from Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy’s iconic vineyards, the WINE STUDIO at CHATEAU DE BLIGNY is proud to announce its 10th anniversary in 2025. As it enters its second decade, the studio reaffirms its mission: offering bespoke vinification and aging services for wine professionals, collectors, and enthusiasts.

Founded in 2015 by Dominique Lafon and Pierre Meurgey, two leading names in Bourgogne’s wine industry, the Wine Studio was designed as a collaborative, high-end facility providing access to top-quality winemaking and aging tools. Over the past ten years, it has established itself as a unique model of technical excellence, creative freedom, and professional confidentiality.

With its modern, flexible infrastructure, the Wine Studio offers tailor-made services to:
