To mark the start of 2020 and this year’s edition of the Saint-Vincent Tournante Wine Festival, the Château du Clos du Vougeot is mounting “Du Vin et des Dieux” – an exhibition based around Evelyne Malnic’s book Le Vin et le Sacré (Editions Féret), which looks at the role of wine in different cultures and religions over the centuries.
In parallel with this exhibition, “Saint-Vincent s’affiche” returns to the Clos de Vougeot for a fourth time. This retrospective of posters announcing previous editions of Bourgogne’s celebrated annual wine festival is intended to complement “Du Vin et des Dieux”, and includes the latest edition to this unique collection: the poster commissioned for the 2020 Saint-Vincent Tournante in Gevrey-Chambertin.
