Albert Bichot received the prestigious Trophy for Consistency at IWC 2024

Albert Bichot is particularly proud and honored to be given the prestigious Trophy for Consistency which recognizes excellence at the International Wine Challenge over a five-year period. This great trophy rewards our team’s daily efforts and the continuous attention paid to all details from the vineyards to the wineries and uncompromizing choices in terms of quality.

This award is a also tribute to Alain Serveau, who has been technical director since 1995 and is now retiring.

Over the past five years, Maison Albert Bichot has been awarded 27 Trophies, 33 Gold, 21 Silver and 6 Bronze medals at the IWC – and not a single unawarded wine!

Albert Bichot also received the awards of:
• French White Trophy i.e. best French white wine in 2024 and 2022
• I nternational Pinot Noir Trophy i.e. best Pinot Noir of the world in 2021
• International Chardonnay Trophy i.e. best Chardonnay of the world in 2021
• International Organic Trophy i.e. best organic wine of the world in 2020

And previously:
• Len Evans Trophy for Consistency over 5 years in 2019
• Red winemaker of the Year in 2017 and 2004
• White Winemaker of the Year in 2011
