A pioneering family estate in organic and biodynamic viticulture (certified since 1992), located in Quintaine in the heart of Viré-Clessé, we cultivate 6.5ha of old Chardonnay vines with particular attention to the environment, biodiversity and soil life. We practice phytotherapy thanks to our garden of simple plants, manual harvesting and the most natural vinification possible, with no other input than a little sulphur. We distill our own brandies over a wood fire.
