As an interpreter of terroirs, Domaine Ventoura is inspired by the richness of the 11 hectares of Chardonnay planted in the commune of Fontenay-près-Chablis. This area is revealed in a range of Petit Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Grand Cru thanks to a work based on a deep respect for the land that animates and impregnates each centilitre of each bottle.
