Domaine Carroy Jacques et Fils

Located at Le Bouchot in Pouilly-sur-Loire, Domaine Carroy welcomes you Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
Whether you are a couple or a group (up to 10 people), tastings, cellar tours and vineyard walks are all available.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to make sure the winemaker can accommodate you!
Please note: the estate is open by appointment on Saturdays and closed on Sundays, 22 January and during the Christmas holidays.

Two brothers, Christophe and Sébastien Carroy, run this estate of just over 9 hectares, offering 4 different cuvées of Pouilly Fumé: two vinified in stainless steel vats, one in oak barrels and the last in a sandstone jar.

In this beautiful tasting room, which is located behind the house, the atmosphere is resolutely centred around the vine and wine. You can also come to the estate with your four-legged friends!
