Created in 1927 following the phylloxera crisis, the Cave Coopérative d'Azé
produces around 15,000 hl a year, thanks to its 248 hectares of vines and 45
winegrower members.
Recent years have been marked by major technological and quality
technological and qualitative developments that have led to greater recognition and the
numerous awards in national competitions.
The High Environmental Value and ISO 22000 certifications guarantee the traceability
and quality of the products used and produced, from the vine to the bottle.
Jules Richard, Note Rubis, Reflets d'Ambre, Saint Martin... The many vintages,
