On a 3 hectare estate, Laurent Soyer cultivates his plots between Nuit Saint Georges and Vosne-Romanée as his grandfather taught him: short pruning of the vines, manual and sorted harvesting, long vatting, maturing in oak barrels, bottling without filtration or fining. All this is done in the old fashioned way and as we say in Burgundy "according to the local, loyal and constant customs of the profession". These efforts result in full-bodied, fruity, powerful and racy wines.
