Concerned about respecting nature and the terroir, Laurent and his son Camille cultivate nearly 18 hectares of vines using sustainable farming methods (HVE 3). In 2014, after Camille joined the family business, they began to make and market their own wine. The estate offers: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin, Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Crémant de Bourgogne.
