The Domaine Savary was created in 1984 following a happy marriage that united two of the oldest winegrowing families in Chablis. Today, it covers some 20 hectares of vines on the different Chablis AOC. It strives to remain worthy of its heritage by practicing sustainable agriculture using painstaking techniques. It was awarded Terra Vitis certification in 2019, and the team is delighted to welcome all visitors to the estate.
