Located in the commune of Chaintré, on the southern edge of Burgundy, Christophe PERRATON vinifies and ages great white wines from the Mâconnais vineyards.
It is in a building with magnificent cellars dating from 1849 that all the estate's wines are vinified and matured. Following the expansion of the vineyard, a new cellar was built in 2014 with a barrel cellar and a large capacity vat room to allow the blending of the different cuvées produced by the estate
