Domaine Oudin

Small family business of 10 hectares. The winery is located on the banks of the Serein in the commune of Chichée. The vines of the estate are located on the stony hills on either side of the river. They are cultivated organically. Vigour and yield are controlled by a minimum of fertiliser, no weedkillers, only ploughing. Christiane and Jean-Claude retired several years ago. Their daughters Nathalie and Isabelle have taken over.
