This estate covers 11.5 hectares, planted with Chardonnay for white wines, and with Pinot Noir and Gamay for reds. The average age of the vines is more than 30 years. The estate uses a sustainable winegrowing approach, temperature-controlled vats for fermentation, oak for ageing the reds and some of the whites, the wines are bottled on the premises, and stored in air-conditioned cellars, and waste water is managed in an environmentally-friendly way, all of this to ensure the quality of the products.
