Jean-Pierre MICHEL, joined since the 2017 harvest by his son Quentin, runs an eight-hectare vineyard in Quintaine in the heart of Viré-Clessé. The work in the vineyard is meticulous: no herbicides or other synthetic products are used (organic certification is in progress). The grapes are harvested by hand, and the vinification is carried out without yeast or chaptalisation in order to preserve the terroir and the vintage.
