Our story began in January 1987 with the takeover of an old estate in La Roche Vineuse.
We decided to live and work here, not because of our family heritage, but because we liked the place and had the intuition to make good wines by respecting the fundamentals, in the vineyard: working the soil, manual harvesting. In the cellar: long pressing of whole bunches of grapes, fermentation and ageing in oak barrels.
