Jérémie Giloux was born into a line of winegrowers dating back to 1906, and decided to set up his own business in 2002. You can visit, taste or order from the estate his Pouilly-Fuissé, Bourgogne white, red or Crémant de Bourgogne (and these 5 cuvées of Saint Amour).
With an eye to quality, and always mindful of a job well done, he still prunes his vines in gobelet and cordon style, and uses traditional methods to bind and lift the grapes.
