The Manor was the home of Capucin Luillier, author of the "Noëls Maconnais"; its imposing Tuscan columns give it a beautiful Italian charm. After two generations of tenant farming, Chloé BAYON decided to move to Burgundy to take over the reins of the estate in order to enhance its production and bring the magnificent family building back to life. A lot of work has been initiated to renovate the Manor and its cellars while respecting the soul that reigns in these places...
