Our domaine was created by Daniel Maillard in 1952 and currently covers 19 hectares divided among 8 villages, from which we produce red and white wines of village, Premier cru and Grand cru appellations. Work on the vines is traditional, with the ground cultivated several times a year. Harvests are manual and after sorting on the vine and in the vat room, destemming depending on the appellation and vintage, maturing is carried out in barrels including a variable proportion of new barrels according to the appellation, and bottling when the moon is favourable.
