Maison Louis Bouillot


Founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Louis Bouillot specialises in Crémants de Bourgogne with a gourmet collection of 17 vintages with an assertive personality. Its 160-hectare vineyard covers four regions in Burgundy: the Chatillonnais, Auxerrois, Côte d'Or and Couchois. With an HVE (High Environmental Value) approach and already a quarter of its vines are managed organically, the house is affirming its commitment to the preservation of nature and its vineyards.
