A small family estate of some 4 hectares, which was taken over by the children in 2007. All the wines are produced in Puligny-Montrachet. The vines are grown in an environmentally-friendly manner and the land is cultivated again. All the appellations are vinified in oak barrels from the Allier forests and fermentation is natural. A minimum level of “sulfitage” treatments are carried out. The wines are not filtered before being bottled.
