Domaine Joigneaux Sophie

My 3.5 ha wine-growing estate is located on the outskirts of Beaune. I have at heart to respect nature, limiting synthetic products, promoting biodiversity and taking the time to mature my wines. This is why I have been HVE certified since the summer of 2019. I produce 7 different vintages, where Pinot Noir is king: Beaune 1er cru and Chorey-les-Beaune. I also produce a range of PGI wines called "des bulles et des couleurs", which are available in white, rosé, red and sparkling.
