Domaine Jessiaume was founded in 1850 in Santenay in the Côte de Beaune.
Since 2020, the estate has been owned by Dr Jean-François Le Bigot, a biomedical researcher with a passion for Burgundy wines.
The 15 hectares of vines at Domaine Jessiaume, spread across the communes of Santenay, Auxey-Duresses, Beaune, Pommard and Volnay, are farmed organically and biodynamically.
This approach extends to the winemaking process, where the wines undergo natural, sulphur-free fermentation.
