Domaine Houzé Cyril

Our vineyard represents an area of 4 ha 80, on a soil composed of clay with flint in variable proportions on a subsoil made up of chalk of Turonian.
We produce wines from vines located on the slopes of the Tholon Valley (Champvallon, Volgré) with an eastern, south-eastern and southern exposure and on the Saint Jacques hillside above the town of Joigny with a southern exposure
Our white, grey, rosé and red Burgundy wines are vinified in such a way as to preserve the flavours and characteristics of the terroir from the Chardonnay, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Pinot noir and César grape varieties.
Our range also includes wines from France made from the Sauvignon Gris grape.
