The production of great wines depends on obtaining quality grapes. The estate therefore endeavours to adapt its vineyard management methods with ploughing, work to control yields and the reasoned use of treatments applied to the vineyard.
The grapes are then harvested by hand. The vinification is done in the pure Burgundian tradition and the wines are aged in oak barrels.
After 11 to 13 months of ageing, the wines are bottled.
