The estate was founded by Françoise Gagnepain and two of her children, Laurent and Isabelle, in 1991. The first vines were replanted to reach 14.5 ha in two appellations: Petit Chablis and Chablis. In 2016, Paul Gagnepain, Laurent's son, arrived on the estate. With him, the vineyard resumed its expansion (in 2022, 21 ha) and the range of wines expanded: Chablis 1er cru, red and rosé Burgundy. The Aligoté and Sauvignon varieties should complete the range soon, to be continued.
