As an oenologist, I took over the family estate in 2002. I chose to cultivate the vines using organic methods and to vinify according to the "Vin Méthode Nature" charter. The aim is to produce natural wines that respect the environment and the terroir. I would be delighted to welcome you and offer you a tour of the vines and the cellar. You will discover our unique cuvées vinified in terracotta jars.
The estate is located in Burgundy Auxois, very close to the Burgundy canal (cycle route).
