Winegrowers from father to son since 1560, our estate is one of the largest in Burgundy. Our production covers the Petit Chablis, Chablis and various Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, L'Homme Mort, Vau De Vey, Montée de tonnerre and Montmain appellations. Vinification is carried out in the purest tradition of the terroir, in vats, to preserve the wine's natural aromas. Our vineyards are located on the steepest terroirs in Chablis, with the poorest soils, which increases the quality factor.
