Our family estate cultivates just over 6 hectares of vines, using organic and biodynamic farming methods. This small island faces west, where the vines benefit from cool nights and mornings and, in contrast, a clear Mediterranean atmosphere in the afternoon. These variations are ideal for producing wines that are both ripe and fresh.
The plots of vines are planted on well-sloped hillsides (10% to 30%), at altitudes of 330 to 400 metres, making this a high-altitude vineyard for Burgundy and the Mâconnais.
