The Domaine des Riots, a family wine estate, is located in the south of Burgundy. The entire surface of the farm and the wine making are certified in Organic Agriculture, working in biodynamics. We cultivate Aligoté, Chardonnay and Gamay vines on a surface of 6,20 ha. All the grapes are harvested by hand. The vinification is essentially without any input or with minimal doses of sulphites according to the customer's request. Bottled by us.
