This estate has been handed down through six generations of winegrowers in the Lenoir family. It is located in the commune of St Maurice de Satonnay, a small village located halfway between Mâcon and Cluny. We have 43 hectares of vines in the villages of St Maurice de Satonnay, Péronne, and Azé, which is also famous for its prehistoric caves. The vines are planted on hillsides and mid-slope, on clay-limestone south/southeast-facing soils, and we use a range of several noble grape varieties for our different wines.
