Domaine Digioia-Royer


This is a third generation Domaine, created in the 1930s by Victor MORETTI, and then his daughter Geneviève ROYER-MORETTI in 1982. She transmitted her passion to her son-in-law, Michel DIGIOIA in 1999. The Domaine spreads out over 3,7 Ha, and is divided between regional appellations, communual and 1ers Crus, situated only in the commune of Chambolle-Musigny. The harvest is completely manual and is 100 % "éraflée". The aging in oak barrels is practiced with all the appellations, and goes anywhere from 6 to 18 months. The sale is only via bottles, and is spread out over inidividuals, restaurants, "cavistes", and exporters.
