At DOMAINE DICONNE, Christophe farms 10 hectares, spread over 3 villages in the Côte de Beaune. The wines of Auxey-Duresses, Meursault and Pommard are offered, mostly from family plots. The parcels have been cultivated in the best possible way for 3 generations, with particular attention paid to the terroir. The manual harvest, followed by 18 months of maturing, allows us to offer racy wines, in keeping with the typicity of their appellations. For a simple and convivial cuisine.
