During this 90-minute activity, visitors will discover all the different stages in the wine making process in the cellars of our young estate. All our wines are vinified on the estate, and every step is explained in detail, including all the technical terms. Then visitors can taste six of our wines, three white and three red, whilst we explain how to taste a wine and recognize its aromas, whilst giving details about the appellations and offering tasting tips.
