Domaines viticoles De Benoist Alexis

Alexis de Benoist, of the Domaine Viticole Alexis de Benoist 2B2G-VINEYARDS, hails from the Champagne region. He settled on the family property in Bourgogne in 2010, aiming to re-establish wine-growing there after a century of neglect, and so renew an old tradition.

He strives to harmonise and give expression to grape variety and terroir, producing wines for laying down (vins de garde).

His family have thus rediscovered their role as wine-growers.

Alexis de Benoist now manages two estates with a total area of 4.5 hectares.
- In the Mâconnais region: La Grange de Grévilly (production of white wine).
- In the Beaujolais region: La Grange des Oullières (production of red wine).
