This is an estate on a human size with just 4.5 hectares of vines in the Pouilly-Fuissé AOC. Its approach involves respect for the terroir and the wines are matured in the traditional way. The estate uses no chemical additions in its wines, preferring to use copper and sulfur and working the soil, and avoids anything other than sulfites during the ageing process. The vines are vinified and aged either in stainless steel tanks or in oak barrels.
