Château des Gimarets

Us*

Nathalie and Eric Boyer have occupied the property since 2007 and cultivate 3.75 hectares of vines in Moulin-A-Vent, an exceptional cru.
They have developed an ambitious project to bring the château, its grounds and outbuildings back to life as they were in the past, with an art of living in harmony with nature.
After several years of integrated viticulture, they decided to take a radical step towards biodynamic viticulture and the production of a natural wine, as the essence of a land celebrated and loved with full awareness.
A truly ecological and eco-responsible place, the Château des Gimarets estate brings together animals useful for maintaining the land, such as mules, sheep and chickens, and it vibrates to the sounds of music at concerts and various cultural events throughout the year.
The Château also has an Orangery where wine tastings take place.
