Domaine Château de Viviers

Château de Viviers is based on three pillars:
History, ecology and the quest for excellence.
A Chablis estate founded by Cistercian monks in the 13th century, the wine from the Château de Viviers estate was served at Louis XV's wedding and at Versailles. In 2019, Arnould Lefébure, oceanographer and founder of Good Planet Belgium, is turning his hand from water to wine by taking over the family estate. An ardent defender of biodiversity and in search of Excellence, he decided to run the estate 100% organically and biodynamically, and in 2022 to switch to vitiforestry.
