Domaine du Château de Messey

The Domaine du Château de Messey has organic certification for its 10 hectares across the two appellations of Mâcon-Chardonnay and Mâcon-Cruzille, including Le Clos des Avoueries, a high-altitude vineyard on limestone soil in Mâcon-Cruzille and the plot of Crêts, in front of the chateau, in the Mâcon-Chardonnay AOC. The chateau is classified as a historical monument and has a capacity of 50 beds, both in the chateau and in five adjoining winegrowers' houses.
