Originally from Alsace, Marcel Brubach worked his way up in many estates in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions. He wanted to have his own operation, a human-sized estate. This became a reality in 2016, with 1 ha and little equipment. Marcel Brubach immediately began to sell part of his harvest in bottles. In 2018, the estate was expanded by 4 ha. The estate now produces 4000 bottles per year in the Mâcon-Solutré and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations.
