Originally from Alsace, Marcel Brubach cut his teeth on a number of estates in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions. He wanted to have his own business, an estate on a human scale. This became a reality in 2016, with 1 ha and little equipment. Marcel Brubach immediately began selling part of his harvest in bottles. In 2018, the estate expanded by 5 hectares. The estate now produces 10,000 bottles a year of Mâcon-Solutré, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé.
