My great-great-grandfather owned a cooperage. In order to complete his activity, he started to cultivate a few hectares of vines in Romanèche-Thorins. Our farm continued to develop over the generations to become the main activity of our family at the time of my grandfather. I joined the estate in 1989 where we now work 11.5 hectares. At the Domaine de la Teppe, each generation makes its own wine-making tool.
