Founded in 1831, Albert Bichot is an independent, family-run business now in its 6th generation. Long committed to respect for biodiversity, people and the environment, its 6 organically-farmed estates cover more than 100 hectares throughout Burgundy. At each estate, a cellar master and a dedicated team carry out traditional, deliberately non-interventionist winemaking, with a constant quest for purity and elegance. The same care is taken with the grapes purchased from its loyal winemaking partners as with its own Domaines.
