The estate's 13 hectares are planted to red and white varieties.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.
The proportion of new barrels stands at 20 to 25%.
The estate implements eco-friendly pest management practices.
We harvest by machine and by hand; grapes are handpicked for the Grands Crus.
The wine is bottled on the estate in mid-February
for the whites and mid-March for the reds.
