Domaine Aladame Stéphane

Founded in 1992 by Stéphane ALADAME, the estate currently covers 2.5 hectares.
The vines are cultivated with respect for the soil and terroir, and are in conversion to organic farming (certification expected in 2027).
Vinification is as natural as possible, with the aim of producing well-balanced wines that combine strength and freshness. Very few new barrels are used so as not to mask the terroir.
