Domaine Priscus, located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the Yonne valley, is a family-run business founded in 1986 and committed to organic farming from the outset. Nestling on the slopes of the Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre appellation, it cultivates 8 hectares of vines (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) and 10 hectares of cherry trees. His wines, made with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel vats or oak barrels, reflect the authenticity of a unique terroir made up of clay-limestone soils with Kimmeridgian fossils. Combining respect for nature with a quest for quality, the estate carries on a family tradition with passion and innovation.
