Pre-heat the oven (210°C)
Brush the chicken with butter
Place the chicken in the oven dish. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs.
Put it in the hot oven. Make sure to turn it over regularly at the beginning of cooking (during the first 10 minutes).
Then pour the equivalent of a glass of water in the dish, and lower the temperature to 185°.
Cook for 45 minutes, basting regularly
