Following its success last year in New York, the Bourgogne Wine Board reiterates the Chablis Discovery event planned this year in Los Angeles on the 27th of April 2020. With the help of large format videos and photos illustrating several themed tastings, this action immerses the American professionals into Chablis’ diversity.
This experiential event plunges the participants during 120 minutes in the heart of this vineyard of Bourgogne, in order to explore its different characteristics. This seminar is divided in 4 themes which last 20 to 30 minutes each: the particularities of Chablis’ soils, the Climats of Chablis, the importance of vintage and the know-how of our wine-makers.
The hundred or so wine professionals expected are sommeliers, restaurant owners, importers, wholesalers, influencers and journalists. The objective of Chablis Discovery is to have a unique experience at the heart of Chablis’ terroirs… in Los Angeles.
