The Bourgogne Wine Board is delighted to invite the wine professionals to Edimbourg for a Masterclass to rediscover Chablis wines.
On paper, Chablis is straightforward. One grape: Chardonnay; one colour: white and 4 appellations.
However, despite this apparent simplicity it’s one of the world’s most unmistakable and inimitable wine; a unique combination of variety, soil and climate.
Rose Murray Brown, MW, will guide you through a selection of Chablis from all four appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
