In addition to the events organized by Hong Kong local businesses, the BIVB is organizing One day for Bourgogne Wines on 26th February 2020. It is a private tasting for Hong Kong wine trade and media focused on the latest vintages which are available on the market, of which the 2017 vintage which epitomizes the elegance of Bourgogne wines and 2018 which is the kind of vintage Bourgogne winegrowers only meet once in their life. This tasting will be also the occasion to highlight some Bourgogne lesser-known appellations including some regional AOCs which are too often overlooked: Bourgogne and Mâcon plus a geographical denomination
