From 10/02/2025 to 12/02/2025
The Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) is making its grand return to the Wine Paris trade show from February 10 to 12, 2025! Featuring an immersive stand (No. C095 - Hall 7.3 in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Pavilion), it will offer a unique dive into the world of Bourgogne, with a diverse and engaging program combining discovery, interaction, and tastings.
Three flagship areas feature prominently in this year's edition:
• The Conference Space: Offering dynamic content such as immersive videos, 10-minute flash training sessions, and technical presentations on key projects like Objectif climat and its platform Wine Pilot.
A daily fun activity centered on Bourgogne wines will allow visitors to test their knowledge, with the top scorer each day winning a bottle of wine.
• The Bourgogne Bar: Showcasing 32 different wines from the BIVB’s Cave de Prestige, organized into four themes: Mâcon and Bourgogne plus a geographical denomination, Crémant de Bourgogne, and lesser-known Village AOCs. Guided tastings will immerse participants in the excellence of Bourgogne wines at highly accessible prices, while our quick training sessions will offer a chance to deepen their knowledge in no time!
• The Interactive "Explore Bourgogne Maps" Space: Accessible via a touchscreen kiosk, this innovative tool reveals the production areas of Bourgogne's 84 appellations, also available on www.bourgogne-maps.fr. Both fun and educational, it will guide visitors in exploring the appellations and the geographical nuances of the wines being tasted.
A unique opportunity to showcase the dynamism and agility of the Bourgogne wine industry in addressing today's challenges, while highlighting the exceptional value and enjoyment offered by its wines.
